Eva’s 16 years in the education business started in 2003 after she graduated in English Education from one of the top universities in China. Consistent overachievement in English Language schools lead Eva to quickly rise to Regional Sales Manager for the New Oriental Education & Technology Group, the largest education group in China. In 2012, after a sales and marketing role at the Watercooler, New York, Eva returned to Beijing become Centre Director at Rise Immersion.

In 2013, Eva joined Pearsonas Learning Solutions Lead in their Greater China subsidiary. This role involved Eva developing business with national and regional channel distributors and educational groups, managing education solutions, curriculum design, and teacher training. Eva commissioned CLWB.orgto deliver professional development for teachers before moving to the UK in 2017 to study for a Masters Degree in Education Management at the University of Bristol. 

In August 2018, Eva and CLWB.org collaborated with a local Chinese partner, Mars Style, to successfully deliver workshops in Beijing. This collaboration is being extended, with additional partners running STEMD camps in the UK and China in 2019.
